I am curious whether software will affect your employment. Will the employers ask you for a social account? Will they use the posts of your social account to decide whether to hire you?

In china, I rarely heard of these things. But I know there are some hidden rules in software to communicate with your partners in the workplace. Such as when your boss ask you to do somethings, you should say "好的'‘ rather than ’‘嗯'', because the first one is more kind and polite, and the second one is lack of attention. Text messages is better than voice messeages.
