Question to teachers - Problem with my account
The lessons in my teacher profile for July are yet not updated and the lesson count has stopped as well, though the money is added to my account.. Did anyone else experience a similar problem?

Alex, I wrote about this in the teacher forum and also contacted support. The lesson statistics have not been updated for anyone. Usually they are updated on the 1st of the month. Currently, all we see are the lesson counts for April, May, and June, even though they are <em>incorrectly</em> labeled May, June, And July.

All I have been told is that this affecting all teachers, that it is a "bug" and that they are "working on fixing it." I let them know it was a problem on August 2nd. It's now the 6th and it's not been fixed.

Alex, weeks!? So we're going to go through August without the accurate number of lessons we have taught being displayed? Very worrying that a simple error like this can't fixed within hours and that it might take weeks.

Alex, it is a bit worrying, because yesterday, another teacher and I also noticed a problem with the withdrawals. It turned out they had accidentally updated the page with a link to use their new payment partner (launching in September), Hyperwallet. It made it impossible to use one's current withdrawal option. They have fixed this for now. Apparently, this new payment option is just that, an <em>option</em>, but this incident worries me. I wonder whether the transition is going to cause problems with withdrawals if it's poorly handled (not scrutinized and tested thoroughly for all eventualities) or whether the new partner will become the only option.

I haven't received clear answers about how it will affect current withdrawal options. All I have been told is that they are not sure themselves right now and we'll get the information <em>when the system launches. </em>Shouldn't the information be available before so there isn't a mess and confusion?

Anyway, I get the impression there are several problems with updates to the website (statistics not updated, incomplete versions of new pages showing up at the user end and temporarily disabling current functions, slow responses and a lack of/contradictory communication...) and with coordination. We'll see. If this transition causes more problems, it might be the final push for me to handle my own teaching business.

Same here, I contacted them August 2nd, but the vague responses and contradictory answers ('We will update it manually", then later 'A manual update is not possible, please wait for some weeks') are not really good problem management and make you scared, because it seems they themselves have no idea what's going on.
