Well Venus, I'm guessing that you already have some familiarity with English, but want to improve yourself.  Try to identify exactly what the problems are and then you can work from that. For example, is there a certain pronunciation that still confuses you? Or are you able to say every word you want to, but it still doesn't sound right?

If you really want to go to a professional level, then think about "biting the bullet" and taking a teacher or tutor.  First of all, try to go as far as you can, then use a teacher to take you forward.

You might do well by talking to non-native speakers, but if you don't pay attention, you could go in circles.
