I think saying 'I love you' to the person you fall for is as important as doing things showing your love.

You just can't control this when you're in Love. It just comes out itself. Before eyou know it, you already say I love you : ) Nice thing to say and hear aaaall the time :) Saying it often is a healer ! Not necessarily to your lover, say it to your friend, parents, to your cat and flowers. My grandma said if you say this to your flower it understands you and grow better o_O I wonder if it works if I say it to my green little friend s in my wallet ehehhehe : ) I love you  money, You're so beautiful :P:P:P
