Joseph: TOEFL is not just language exam, also, it's  about history of USA and general information . People get frusturated easy because of it. I remember when I do my exam there is a passage about Musical instruments and it give me headache. I don't know the names of most of it. Wherease, I found an engineering passage so easy because I am an engineer.

Alexander999: Yes, I don't need IELTS but I want to speak like a native person , I mean fast, and without thinking. Now, I can speak but sometime I need to think before I speak and I hate that

You are crazy about English - Why you want to pass IELTS after TOEFL ? It is enough only one.

I made TOEFL ITP exam and I get 493 score. I didn't have a suffecient time to study well , just few days and I do it. I plan to make TOEFL official and after that IELTS

It is true. Toefl exam, especially Toefl ibt, is a very hard exam. In my opinion the exam tests not only your knowledge of English but your abillity of thinking and your intellectual skills too. That is why the exam is hardest among other similar exams.
