YES! The Brazil is expensive even for Brazilians. But it depends on the state you want to go. And that means getting the word "expensive" for you. In my town it is more difficult to achieve because my town is remote from major centers. I live in Roraima. You can live well with scholarship in some cities. Not so hard. Brazilians are friendly and will help you when you come.
