"The Insider" (1999) with Russell Crowe
The doctor who broke with the tobacco company tradition of Silence on the relationship between Cancer and Tobacco. He decided to appear in a "60 Minutes" expose on Big Tobacco.
He will, I think, go down in history as one of the great heroes of America.

I saw also with interest, that some have already mentioned another Russell Crowe movie based upon
fact; "A Beautiful Mind" in which the story of the mathematician John Forbes Nash, Jr. is told.
The mathematician suffered from a mental illness.

"Enemy at the Gates " is a very impressive film which describes a snipper and his colleagues how to fight for their motherland and struggle for their fortune.
Shame on me! Didn't know, that A Beautiful mind was based on a true story, though I loved it.
