If you need this cover letter to apply for a job in Arab countries, I advise you to write it in a simple way. Something like this:

Dear sir/ madam:

I read your ad. today on the net & I'm applying for the 'ِadministrative assistant' vacancy. My CV is attached with this email as required. I've the needed experience for the job and I'm willing to work with your organisation, So kindly take a look at my CV & I hope to hear from you soon.

Best Regards.

Of course BigHeart, you need to make some changes in this form; like the title of the job u're applying for, where you read their job ad. .... Etc
