I just got in here where started my profile and stuff. I've sent a maxium of 5-6 requests (if i recall correctly ) yet no one responded yet. i like to swap my maderine for some English. How come i ve sent more than 5 requests but received no replys...is there anyone out there insterested in learning Chinese or should shell out some dollars for the membership? is it really worth it? have you guys spent lots of bucks finding partners? share some of your experience here with me plz~

Some people may be reluctant to respond to a person who refers to themselves as a "coded" or anonymous identity. "1234" is quite an abstraction. I refer to myself by my name. It can be helpful to adopt as a convenience, some simple name such as "Lee" so that a member who speaks English can refer to you by a more conventional nomenclature (name).
