Thank you very much Ayu. I assume you are learning American English. I really do hate that 'unisex' slang expression: 'you guys' - if the term 'guys' was used formerly other than for Guy Fawkes's effigy it referred solely to males, as does chaps and fellows. Restuarants now greet my wife now with tat awful expression instead of 'Sir' and 'Madam' 'Good holidays' is relation to this period is also an American expression.
