Practice more including listening, writing, reading and speaking. That would be quite helpful not to speak as good as a Chingish speaker.

Your post sounds like English, not Chinglish, so you probably know English better than you realize.  In order to increase your vocabulary, read a lot and listen a lot, and over time you'll see improvement.
