I believe that we should all be who we are, otherwise we won't be able to find our ideal. If you try too hard, it can have the opposite outcome of that in which you wanted. Me, being my weird self, actually met my ideal. He was kind and accepting of my strangeness. Not everyone can accept you for who you are- but when it happens, that's what makes it truly precious and worth while. Just be yourself.  ^-^ 

I agree with Celeste, never try finding a friend with any suppositions/expectations.

Friendship is not about pursuing your ideals and finding your best match. 

Yes, we're all looking for our ideals. I just think that we shouldn't walk around Wal-Mart asking everyone questions to see if we could become friends. What happens, happens. :D If I make friends with someone who doesn't meet my ideals, we're still friends. I don't pick and choose. I accept all.

if its not pusing our ideals then what is a friendship is about????
