C'est samedi, le temps est nuageux, et il y a de l'humidité ( humide is an adjective, so you don't say 'de l'humide'. 'l'humidité' is a name, something you can qualify). Il fait 12 degrés.
Here, we had a nice sunny day, and the temperature is increasing. They forecast a very hot week !

C'est est Samedi. Il fait nuageux et il y a de humide. C'est douze degré celsius. J'habite dans le sud-ouest de la ville.
