I want (NOT wants) to practice my English skills and teach you (NOT learn you) Arabic.* The personal pronoun 'I' is always capitalised.
* The names of languages are always writteen with a capital letter: English - Arabic
* Use the period (the full stop) to mark the end of sentences.
You could also say:
Please help me improve my English skills and I'll teach you Arabic in return.
or
If you help me improve my English skills, I'll teach you Arabic in return.

If this offer is still available I would love to help you. I'm a Chilean with grandparents from Beitjala. I'm in love with the arabic language and would love to learn the Palestinian dialect. I can teach you Spanish in return and help you out with English.
