Difference between 什么 vs。怎么

我想问 “怎么” 和 比 “什么” 有什么分别？

ASK：”什么”在中文里的意思类似“what"  or  "pardon". 

1. 如果你对别人说的话表示震惊或不可思议，你可以说：”什么?“    ------WHAT

2. 如果你没有听清楚对方说的话，你可以说：“什么？”  or " 你说什么？“`  -----PARDON

"怎么”、“怎么了” 在中文的意思类似"how"，“ whats up?" or  "what happen?"

1. 别人告诉她感觉到不舒服， 或者发生了事，你想表示关心和知道发生什么事。

   A:对方不舒服或伤心的时候，你可以说：” 怎么了？” OR "你怎么了？“  ----Are u ok?

   B:对方告诉你一件事件，你想知道原因，你可以说：“怎么了？” OR "发生什么事？“ -----WHATS UP? / WHAT HAPPEN?

还有一些情景也可以用，不过语气的不同，意思会有所区别，等以后你在和别人沟通的过程中，就会慢慢理解。

IN my opinion, you can answer them :"怎么了？” 什么 is what? 怎么 is how? 

if you want to say :what's up. I think 怎么了 and 怎么 both can use. But we often say 怎么了？

For example:

A： 你看那个漂亮吗？

B: 什么？ （B may cannot hear clear, so he said: 什么？means pardon.)

A: 跟你讲个事情

B: 什么？ （ means what thing )

A:问你一件事

B:怎么了？
