Today I have learnt learned that the sentence "I wasn't born yesterday" has the same meaning in English than as it does in Spanish. You can reply with say this expression when somebody wants to fool you. Then, The other person will then knows that you don't believe the history story he/her she are is telling you. In Spanish, the expression  is literally the same "Yo no he nacido ayer", but you also can say "No me he caído de un guindo".
