a description of a wedding ceremony(IELTS PART2) Last year in the summer,my brother and his wife threw a wedding ceremony in the Guangzhou Garden hotel.It began at 9 in the morning,not much of a typical western style,yet pretty impressive. My brother's parents,my sister-in-law's parents and I and all their other relatives and friends went there.We,of course,drank and ate and talked. In terms of the highlight of the wedding,anyway,it was the moment they two wore a ring to each other's finger.At that moment,the couple were both dressed in white.The bride in a white gown got a red rose on her lapel and her snow-white feet were wearing glass high-heeled shoes.In contrast,the groom in a white tux got a bow-tie around his neck and was wearing leather shoes.Plus,I kind of discovered his face was getting red. Prior to this,they made a toast to all of us.Then they exchanged wedding vows and wedding rings.Then they kissed and were pronounced husband and wife. What about my reaction?As the best man,I got pretty moved at that moment and I wished them happiness now and forever more.So did the maid of honor.What's more amazing was after the ceremony when I kissed the bride since I totally lost my control.The reason was because of my excitement and that she was so gorgeous like an angel back there. Finally let me just tell you how I really felt when I was watching the couple making a toast:nothing beats marriage.I prayed with my eyes closed:someday I shall hold a wedding reception for my beloved.
