Essay for FCE: "Why would anyone want to work in the countryside?" Some people find more interesting the fact of working in the countryside that working on the mainland, but there are people that prefer the contrary. This thought has a lot of advantages and drawbacks, as we will see. Firstly, one of the main reasons of working in the countryside is that people find it more relaxing and easier to go. Things like work in a part of the country that is not full of cars and traffic, and that in so many times doesn’t need the use of a transport like a car or a bus, is really valuable for a lot of people. Secondly, the possibility of being in contact with the nature, instead of living surrounded by huge buildings, it could be another good reason to choose the option of working out of the city centre. On the other hand, there could be some drawbacks, as is the lack of shops or people to have contact with, because living out of the city it doesn’t offer you the possibility of going out in order to do something different or just to have a walk through the numerous of options that a big city offers. In conclusion, we can say that working in the countryside could be a great option for people who prefer being in contact with nature and out of the noise of the city, but of course it has drawbacks like the lack of shops or the atmosphere and charm of a big city.

Some people choose to work in the countryside, rather than the city. However, there are those who prefer the contrary. It has its advantages and drawbacks, as we will see.

Firstly, one of the main reasons for working in the countryside is that people find it more relaxing and easy-going. Many people find that working in an area, where there is very little traffic and people are not so dependent upon public or private transport, can be really advantageous.

Secondly, the opportunity to be in contact with nature - rather than being surrounded by huge buildings - can be another good reason to opt for working outside the city.

On the other hand, there can be some drawbacks, such as the lack of shops or contact with people. The countryside doesn’t provide the same opportunities to go out and do something different, or to explore the numerous options that a big city offers.

In conclusion, we can say that working in the countryside can be a great option for those who prefer being in contact with nature and away from the noise of the city, but of course it has drawbacks like the lack of shops or the atmosphere and charm of a big city.

Some people would rather work in the countryside than in the city but there are people that prefer the contrary. I'd like to discuss the advantages and drawbacks to each preference.

The main advantage of working in the countryside is that some people find it relaxing and easier to get around. Things like to work in an area that is not full of traffic, and the use of public transportation is not necessary. Also, people like working in the country because they enjoy being out in nature and not surrounded by high-rise buildings. 

On the other hand, there are drawbacks like the lack of shops and less contact with people. Living out of the city doesn’t include the possibilities of going out in order to do something different or just enjoying all the things available in a city.

In conclusion, we may claim that working in the countryside could be a great option for people who prefer being in contact with nature and out of the noise of the city, but of course it has drawbacks like the lack of shops and the atmosphere and charm of a city.
