Badly needed help to improve my English grammar, but lack of the budget to pay for a tutor :(

I know in my heart that I can express myself but every each time I want to write in English language, my poor grammar skills helds me back. I'm not that this confident in when conversing in English. I'm starting to look for a job right now and I know that conversing to have the ability to converse in English is important especially if the job is requires communication with English speakers conversation. I badly needed help badly right now. However, I don't have enough savings to support me to obtain get myself a tutor. I think [Be assertive] If someone is interested to learn Tagalog or Filipino I'm more than willing to help. you, I'm most delighted to teach those who are intereted in grateful to teach foreigner about our my language. and In return, please help teach me how to properly converse in English and luckily in time to be speak fluently. No need to have something in return.  Just send me the link of your essays and I will correct them.  Because of time differences, I don't help in the oral aspect of the language.

Nice job Joana!  Your English is very good :)  Maybe I can recommend some resources that will help you learn English.  Unfortunately, I don't know any Tagalog.  I hope you can meet some friends here on Italki!
