Food (that is) dangerous for your health
There are some foods that may be dangerous for our health if we consume them frequently. Some examples are:
- nonalcoholic beverages, containing sugar and artificial flavours. The phosphoric acid contained can damage the teeth and the refined sugar can raise the insulin levels;
- artificial sweeteners which contain aspartame: a substance that can cause illnesses like cancer;
- readymade/prepared salads: in addition to being expensive, they are not really hygienic, as they are not sterilised or pasteurised and it's subject to contamination/may be contaminated;
- French fries, containing substances which stimulate the hunger;
