Waiting to meet you

Hi Tracy,

How are you? How are your English lessons going/coming along? (you can put these phrases if you wish, but you can just say English lessons if you wish).
It's been a very long time meeting since I met you and the rest of the team.
Well, I'm writing to let you know that I'm coming to "Indre" next week and I'll be there for the full week/all week.
So I thought it would be lovely to meet you all and why not have lunch and a talk/chat together and have  . 

Let me know if your'e working in the centre next week, so that I can plan the my time.
