The answer is hard work. They Focusing on one thing and calm down to learn more about it. The way to success is long but hard, and only those who keep going forward can reach the final finish line.

An alternative in your last sentence would be: The road to success is long and hard, .... Way to success is correct but road to success is more a more common idiom at least with US English.
