Writing a notebook?

Writing paragraphs, notebooks or stories always confuses me, because I have not written any paragraph in my life from scratch, or at least tried to write one as I do it now. Most of the sentences that I have used in them are written by others or you can find some of them in books. 

I know that the previous paragraph has many mistakes, most of them in verb time, or in misusing some words, or the full structure for some sentences, I don't think there are any mistake in misspelling because my browser maybe has the feature of auto correct/suggest words.

Finally I have reached the last paragraph ^_^, what should I say now, mmm, writing sentences/paragraphs in general is easy rather than writing in specific subjects like policy, population, science, plants, or food, because there are many words that I have not heard or did not remember and related to those subjects.
