I am not sure if this is a poem/song. In that case, change is not required. As far as general English usage (in USA), I would not say "I've my binoculars". Usually "I've" is used with "been", such as "I've been trying to climb the tree", or "I've been studying English for a few months." So I would change the sentence to "I have my binoculars... etc"
