Mér finnst gaman að sigla / að fara í siglingar. Ég elska sérlega nátturuna og hafið / ég hef gaman af útiveru / mér finnst gaman að vera úti í nátturunni. Stundum sé ég fugla, fiska og hvali. Þá er ég hamingjusöm.

"Mér likar ... " may be grammatically correct, but I have yet to hear a native Icelander use this expression in normal conversation. I've suggested a few constructions that are much more common. 

Mér líkar við siglingar(/Mér líka* siglingar)

Mér líkar við siglingar. Mér líkar sérlega við náttúruna og hafið. Stundum sé ég fuglar, fiskar og hvalir. Þá er ég hamingjusöm.

*Note: You can use: Mér líka siglingar due to the fact that "siglingar" is a plural word and since it's a plural word it would be: Mér líka siglingar. -and NOT Mér líkar siglingar.

Even though the correction made before me was perfectly correct, I just wanted to add that I have very often heard: Mér líkar..... and personally I think it sounds a bit formal to say: Mér finnst gaman að......

I also wanted to add that in the correction prior to this one was written: Ég elska náttúruna..... I just wanted to say that you should be careful about using love to much. (eg. I love chokolate/Ég elska súkkulaði.) Even though it's used very much in everyday conversations I had an Icelandic teacher one who scolded us when we used it this way and said we should rather say: Mér þykir súkkulaði gott/I enjoy chocolate.
