As it is a title, I have corrected the capitalization.


"Assessment of Occupational Exposure to Whole Body Vibration Among Subway Drivers ".

I haven't decided whether vibrations or vibration is better.  I hope this response bumps your question to the top for a second or third opinion.

I agree with Mr. Morris. Of course if it is a title, it does not follow standard capitalization rules.

If this is a title (e.g. of an article, chapter or essay) then it is correct. If it is not a title, then it is not correct, because it is missing a verb (i.e. it is a noun phrase, not a clause. To make it a fully correct sentence you could add a verb (i.e. a main vern in a tense), for example: 'There WAS an assessment...'
