You can say:
*I have day off from work.
*Today is a holiday.
*There is a holiday today, therefore I don't need to go in for work.
*My place of business is closed due to the holiday.
*Today I have a day off.

It depends why you don't need to go to the office today.
If it's a national holiday then: "It's a holiday today"
If it's your own chosen vacation day then: "I'm taking a vacation day today" or "I have a vacation day today"
Saying "I have no work today" implies your work is sporadic, and if you're an office worker, I wouldn't recommend using this one, otherwise your boss will think you need more work :)

You could say:
- I don't need to go to the office today
- Today is a holiday
- It's the weekend, so I don't need to go to the office
- Today is a day off
Is this what you're looking for?
