"Can you take a picture of me?" - difference between 拍照，照照片， 照相

It looks like there are several ways of saying "Can you take a picture of me?".
1. 你能帮我照照片吗？
2. 你能帮我拍一张照吗？
3. 你能帮我照相吗？

Are they really the same and all sound authentic enough？

照照片 is not very often used.

拍照 is more popular used , the target of the photograph could be people or landscape or anything else.

照相 mainly used in take photo for people and most time the photo is used for certificate or else related.

"Can you take a picture of me?" - 你能拿一張我的照片嗎?

"Could you take a picture for me?".
1. 你能帮我照照片吗？
2. 你能帮我拍一张照吗？
3. 你能帮我照相吗？

They are all the same.
