Dear Alice,
It feels like a long time since we met at any gym.
I hope you are well and life is good for you.
I'm just dropping you a line because, as you know, I've just got the aerobic instructor certificate and the first thing I have to do is give a perfomance with a few followers dancing my step coreography in order to be hired by the state-of-the-art gym placed in the city centre.
I know you are busy, as ever, but how do you fancy coming along with me? What do you prefer, as public only watching or as a follower?
I know you are very keen on any sporting activity, especially step aerobic and I thought of you straight away once I've been communicated the idea, mind you!
Let me know if you are free on Saturday 16th, but failing that I could manage 23th.
I hope you can make it.
All for now,
María.

Hi María,
Lovely to hear from you!. I've been meaning to get in touch for ages but amid you moved to another flat and I changed my mobile number, it was imposible for me!
First of all, congratulations for the certificate and your new job!
And regard to the invitation, I have to tell you that I'm injured due to take fitness to the extreme -nothing serious, don't worry-
Doctors say I'll get over it if I only swim. High impact sports such as step aerobic and jumping rope are contraindicated.
It's a pity because I am a big enthusiastic of all these activities.
Anyway, I'll be off work on Saturday 16th and I could be there as public only watching and of course cheering you up as long as you pick me up as I have to carry on my crutchs.
If it is ok, see you then on 16th and good luck, beforehand!
Lots of love,
Alice.
