Listening is the hardest part of learning any language. It just takes a LOT of practice. Watching TV in English should be helpful, so you can learn to listen at a natural speaking speed. When I was studying Japanese, I would watch kid's shows in Japanese because the words were easier. You could try some English kids shows to help you study listening :)
