My Disappointment

One of my teeth will be pulled/extracted on Thursday. I'm very upset. This will be the second tooth that has been pulled/extracted. The first tooth was pulled/extracted at the end of May. I don't want to be toothless. I'm only 25 years old.
I don't want to loose any more teeth.
What do you do to keep teeth in ok?
