大家好，
最近， 我很忙还很病。。。
(I have to say this is a wonderful phrase from a native speaker's perspective.But it doesn't comply with the grammer.Sometimes we use a noun to replace a adj to make the phrase more vivid.But you'd better not do that.)

感到难过
(You can use "很难过" or "我感到难过" instead, I bet you can tell the defference between them.)

不说跟我的朋友得在italki。。。
(This sentence confused me.I guess you want to transffer the meaning that you can't talk with friends on italki for your illness.You can say "我不能跟我的朋友在italki上说了")

每个人教了我很多。。 谢谢。
(This sentence is perfect.)

（病 is a noun, not adj. so you cannot put 很 in front of it)

最近， 我很忙而且还生很病了。。。。 我感到非常难过， 因为这原因我不能与说跟我的朋友得在italki上对话。。。每个人都教了我很多中文知识。。， 谢谢大家。
