Presentation Hello everyone. Thanks for coming. Our company is an international Early Childhood Education Group. The purpose of our meeting is to talk about expending our operations in China. And today my presentation is to give you a brief about the opportunities and advantages of breaking into China. I’ve got three points to make. The first point is China market. The market of Early Childhood Education in China is growing steadily and rapidly, especially in the first and 2nd tier cities in China. There’s a big business opportunity. According to the research by BCG consulting company, the total market in terms of Early Childhood Education generates about 20 billion yuan consumption last year, and the annual growth rate is 15%, pretty considerable. The marketing occupancy has 30% increasing rate annually. Now moving on to my second point. There are amounts players in Chinese 1st tier cities sharing the Early Childhood Education market, international companies and small local companies. The major competitors of us are Gymboree, Mygym, and local brands of 红黄蓝and 东方爱婴. These 4 competitors all belong to comprehensive club, and have a market share of 37%. My third and final point is the market research in Beijing. As Chinese income rise, about 96% parents would like to send their kids to Early Childhood Education club among the families whose children’s age below 6 years old. And 25% for the children’s age below 3 years old. And education consumption ranks No. 1 among Beijing residents’ family consumptions. Generally speaking, the marketing prospect is so hot in China, we could approach to China as soon as possible.
