speaking skills

My speaking english skill is not very good, i speak english slowly. My teacher told me that you need to speak faster, but I do not know how to speak faster. Can you tell me some ways to speak english faster? I do not know how to express my idea in the topic while learning english. I feel sad when i hear it. I know I need to improve my speaking. If my speaking skill is good I can easily to find out a good job in the future.
