丹麦的京首都是哥本哈根。

爸爸跟我请足球踢。一起踢足球

如果每天都是晴天就我去出出去走走。

我的脑需要咖啡。

九点是咖啡点。是喝咖啡的时间。

我一点儿也不东西想做。也不想做东西

我每天读书。

对不起我是一只狗。

To really memorize HSK1 and HSK2 words I'm writing a sentence for each word, trying to do this every day, but it takes time. Here's some examples that I think are funny or interesting, but I also suspect contain errors.

丹麦的京都是哥本哈根。Capital nowadays is called by 首都 (City #1, first city, etc). However Denmark is a kingdom and so 京都 is appropriate here. 京 in Chinese context means imperial. 京城/都 means imperial capital. Because of historical reasons and traditions, Bejing still retains the name of northern imperial capital. Tokyo, 東京 is the Eastern Imperial Capital to differentiate from Kyoto.

爸爸跟和我请一起踢足球踢。Since you are a beginner, it is better to provide and English version as you may have typed in the wrong character and it will be time consuming in trying to deciper what you really mean. Sometimes, there can be more than one meaning and so we may make wrong guesses. 和 and 跟 can mean "and/with" but 跟 infers the action "to follow"

如果每天是晴天, 我就[每天]我去出去走走。[] means optional but the inclusion makes an emphasis and makes the intent more natural in Chinese.

我的头脑需要咖啡。In modern Chinese, usually to characters are used. On the other hand, classical Chinese just needs one.

九点是咖啡点时间。

我一点儿也不想要去做东西想做。You are using English syntax and structure to express.

我每天读书。

对不起我是一只條狗。I understand what you are trying to say here when translated back into English and meant to be figurative. 只 is the normal collective noun for animals that are not long like snakes in which we would use 條. So using 條 is more appropriate for self-deprecation humor.
