For me personally, like for many of my folklore-aficionado friends of mine and also for the most musicians, singers and dancers, the “Strážnice Feast” – as the International Festival Strážnice is also titled called {or "known as"} – is a synonym for {or "synonymous with"} festive days, which repeat occurs {=happens} every year. It is the an occasion {or "opportunity"} to meet friends who are on the same wavelength, who look forward to what they can see and hear at the Festival and expect their knowledge to be enriched [1] by what some programmes can enrich their knowledge about on our folk traditions as well as those of other ethnic groups. They are mostly people who are active and have passion for different activities in a variety of cultural genres. For this reason, they are able to appreciate the performance of others and to create an unrepeatable {or "unique", "singular"} atmosphere at the Festival auditoriums.

[1] Since the sentence is long, it reads a little clearer to have the object follow the verb, instead of the train of thought be interrupted by the clause "by some programmes".

This entry is 100% correct. In American English I would make a few different word choices as listed below.

Your spelling of programmes is correct for UK English; "programs" is correct for US English.
