I make it a rule to study English for over three hours everyday before.
But I wasn’t able to do it these days.
I didn’t have a time do it in sendai city days.
I’ve restarted study English since yesterday.
I’ll go to work abroad one day in the future!!

My study habit
Before/Previously, I makemade it a rule to study English for over three hours everyday before.("made" past tense because of "before". Otherwise if its ongoing, "make" is okay. "before" is better at the start of the sentence, otherwise it sounds like you're going to say something about your English studying rule, like "to study English for over three hours everyday before breakfast" 朝飯前。冗談です。)But I wasn’t able to do it these days/lately.
I didn’t have (a) time to do it in sendai city days.("a time to do it" means a particular period of time to set aside to study. "time to do it" just means spare time at all, five minutes here, thirty minutes there, but no, you were too busy. "while in sendai city" but not "sendai city days")
I’ve restarted studying English since yesterday.("since" is okay but sounds strange with "restarted". "since" implies a duration. But "restart" is a one time thing. Like only one start. So you started again yesterday.)
I’ll go to work abroad one day in the future!!
