I have been so frustrated both physically and mentally recently that I got sick this weekend. I have a sore throat and a running nose, and I am still super sleepy and tired even though I have already slept for a long time today. The excessive workload has made me stressed out. I found something weird during my work. If I do my own work properly and efficiently, instead of getting enough rest which I deserve, more work will be assigned to me. When it comes to those who aren’t able to finish their own work satisfyingly, their more capable colleagues have to do it instead. I think this situation is totally unreasonable and it’s badly consuming my energy.

Well said.
If true, it's because you need to wise up to not doing your best. Of course it's unreasonable. Read Machiavelli.

I have a sore throat and a runny nose, and I am still super sleepy and tired even though I have already slept for a long time today. The excessive workload stressed me out. I found something weird at work. If I do my own work properly and efficiently, instead of getting some well-deserved rest, I’ll be assigned more work. When it comes to those who aren’t able to finish their own work satisfyingly, their more capable colleagues have to do it instead. A “running nose” would mean that your nose would have started to run on its little legs by itself :). Get some rest Claudia, I hope you’ll get better soon.
