I've recently been attenting many courses to get better in my job. These courses should finish in December and I hope to learn much from them. Today the teacher said that it is necessary to speack with gentle and appropriate words in order to not point out the situation of not lucky people: in this way they can feel good.
For example, " complex situation" rather than" severe situation".
