I had a hard time understanding this question, since I don't speak Russian, and words like "cacography" or "errative" are note common at all in English.
But here's what I interpreted: In Russia it is popular to spell words incorrectly on purpose so the they take on a different meaning, but people still understand what you meant, and that you were making the mistake on purpose.
I suppose 2000-era meme culture was a little like that using broken grammar on purpose, with the idea that animals can talk, but not well: see "I can has cheeseburger?"
Also, the word OK, comes from a fad from Boston from the 1830s when people used it as an abbreviation for "Oll Korrect" as a purposeful misspelling of "all correct".
