I agree with Matt, native speakers say this to emphasize that it is I, but grammatically it is not correct.
It is I - is the predicate nominative and is correct (It and I can both be the subject of the sentence).
Myself is a reflexive pronoun as in "I wash myself, I see myself," etc.
And "me" is an object pronoun, as in "give it to me".
