Nasi boran is one of traditional food from my hometown. Basically nasi is the rice and boran is a big bowl made from bamboo. So, nasi boran is rice in boran where boran as the container. There are chicken, tofu, tempeh, vegetables and chili sauce over there. Nasi boran is my favorite food, I bet you all to try it but it is kind of spicy food:)
