What is the difference between 爱，爱好 and 喜欢. I know that 爱好 also means hobby as a noun, but I am referring to it here as the verb "to like/ be fond of"

喜欢 means like. it can go with people or doing something. （喜欢妈妈、喜欢跳舞、喜欢吃苹果）

爱 means love. similar usage as like（爱妈妈、爱跳舞、爱吃苹果）
