I had been practicing yoga around 1 years and half ago, unfortunately I don't practice it daily but when I do I see the results as fast as I finish the lesson, Yoga helps you stay in present, connect and listen with your body, I always practice yoga when I feel pain in some part of my body, it relax me and helps me to sleep, I would love have more time to practice yoga.
but like I saw in a quote, there is a big difference between having time and making time.
