The dictionary tells you these things:
包子 = steamed stuffed bun / CL: 個｜个
油条 = (deep-fried breadstick) / CL: 根
炸酱面 = fried noodles in soy bean sauce
Don't know about 花卷.

包子可以说 Steamed bun or bread?..Or you can just call it "Dumpling"
油条 Deep fried bread(stick?)
Zhajiangmian is..Fried noodles with soy bean sauce
I'm not sure with 花卷...maybe Flower roll
