That's difficult to answer without more information. My car has a choke which controls the amount of air that goes into the motor, but that is in or out and never on. I know dog collars choke and girls wear jewelry around the neck called choker but "choke on" is something I can't really answer without more information, sorry. My Skype: brian.madden4
