I put sticky notes on everything I could. Example: write "refrigerator" on a sticky note and put it on your refrigerator where you will see it every day. Same for "door", "window", "chair" etc. Also. Make some cards with words on them and practice EVERY DAY.

Try mnemonic or a device to remember a word or even an idea. It works.
