What does 미안해 헷갈려서mean?

you might know 미안해 means sorry. 헷갈리다 from 헷갈려서 means to be confused. So I think that it could mean "Sorry that it was confusing" "Sorry for being confused" or something along that line.

That means "I'm sorry for being mixed up"

I too am learning Korean and im not really sure but from what i can see there is "i'm sorry" in it
