What does "poor Ekk" means?
This morning, while I was talking with one of my coworkers.
He said "Hi Ekk, how are you?"
I replied "I am very busy"
Then he said back to me "Poor Ekk"
I know that poor means not rich or bad quality but I don't know what does it means in this case.

It means he feels sorry for you.

"Unfortunate Ekk". As Nukalurk explained, it's an expression of pity.

This means that he is pitying you because you are so busy. He has said it because you are piled with work.
