What does "fram till" mean in the sentence "när kommer hon fram till skolan? "
Does this simply means "to" in English? I find this expression a little complicated. Explanation and exemples in Swedish are welcomed.

its kind of saying "arrive at" but usually yea, its used as "to" as well in english.

när kommer du fram? = when do you get here?/When do you arrive here?
när kommer du fram till skolan = when do you get to school?/When do you arrive at school?
jag kom fram klockan 1 =  i arrived at 1 oclock.
